Almost everything was shut down from Boston to New York during the frozen-fury the Hercules Blizzard blew in. The snow started just before midnight on Wednesday night and ended Friday around noon. Thursday evening Highway 84 was shut down. This major road connects Boston and New York. Friday’s temps hit a low of -8 degrees without the windchill. Brrrrr!
