Bassnectar NYE 2013 Recap

New Year’s Eve 2013 was one of the most epic New Year’s to date! I rang in 2013 in Nashville, Tennessee at the Bridgestone Arena, documenting Bassnectar’s 360 degree show of pure insanity! Brendan Donohue, Matt Miller, Kelly Hite, Robert Bragdon and Jonathan Gaynes were a tremendous crew to work with. I was so proud to be a part of the Break on a Cloud team and put my time lapse and video skills to the test. Lorin put on one memorable show and I cannot wait until we get to do this all over again!

Music: Bassnectar’s remix of “Rez” by Underworld (as heard at midnight during the NYE 360 degrees set Decemer 31, 2012)

NYC’s NYE Ball Drop Tradition

Very interesting read on NYC’s ball drop on New Year’s Eve. My guess would have been that the ball weighed two to three thousand pounds, not 11,875! Wowzahs!

Have a safe and healthy 2013 friends!
